1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EuroMatch Nigeria’s website, mobile apps, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
1.2 By registering an account or placing a bet, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable rules, including our Privacy Policy, Game Rules, and Bonus Terms.
1.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to Nigerian courts, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Definitions
2.1 Account / User / Customer — a registered individual who created an account with EuroMatch Nigeria.
2.2 Bet / Stake — any wager placed by a User on the Service.
2.3 Bonus / Promotion — any marketing credit, free bet, or other promotional offer.
2.4 KYC — Know-Your-Customer identity and verification procedures.
2.5 Personal Data — information that identifies or can identify a person, e.g., name, ID number, contact details, transaction history, IP address.
2.6 Affiliate / Third-party Partner — external service providers or partners involved in payments, marketing, or gaming.
2.7 Betting Event / Outcome — any sporting or virtual event on which bets can be placed, and its result.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Users must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in their jurisdiction.
3.2 Only natural persons may register accounts. Corporate accounts are prohibited unless expressly permitted.
3.3 One account per User is allowed. Multiple or duplicate accounts may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, and you agree to notify EuroMatch of any changes.
4. Verification (KYC), Documents & Account Restrictions
4.1 EuroMatch may request identification documents (national ID, passport, proof of address, proof of bank account) for verification, payment processing, and AML/CFT compliance.
4.2 Failure to provide or update KYC documents may result in account suspension, closure, and blocked withdrawals.
4.3 Use of another person’s payment account is prohibited and may lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4.4 EuroMatch reserves the right to refuse or restrict access where fraud, regulatory concerns, or legal requirements exist.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
5.1 Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits will be published on the Service.
5.2 Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
5.3 Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification and processing times; EuroMatch may request additional KYC documentation before releasing funds.
5.4 Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details are correct.
6. Betting Rules — Acceptance, Cancellation & Settlement
6.1 EuroMatch may accept or refuse any bet at its discretion.
6.2 Once a bet is assigned an ID and recorded, it is generally final and cannot be changed or cancelled by the User.
6.3 EuroMatch may void bets in cases of fraud, manipulation, rule breaches, system errors, or regulatory instruction.
6.4 Users shall indemnify EuroMatch for losses arising from fraudulent or dishonest activity.
6.5 Specific sports, virtual games, or promo bets may have separate rules.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 Bonus rules are published for each promotion. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, expiry dates, and restrictions.
7.2 Free bets are stake-excluded (only winnings minus stake are paid); bet caps may apply.
7.3 Abuse of promotions (e.g., multiple accounts, arbitrage) may result in forfeiture and account closure.
7.4 EuroMatch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.
8. Responsible Gambling & Self-Exclusion
8.1 Users can set deposit, staking, and session limits, or request self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with user instructions.
8.3 Support resources and responsible gambling guidance are available via our Service and national organizations.
9. Liability & Limitation of Liability
9.1 EuroMatch’s liability is limited to amounts actually staked or credited, except as required by law.
9.2 EuroMatch is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9.3 The Service is provided “as is” and may be subject to downtime, system failures, third-party issues, or regulatory interruptions.
9.4 Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.
10. Fraud Prevention, Monitoring & Reporting
10.1 EuroMatch monitors accounts for suspicious behavior.
10.2 Accounts may be frozen, funds withheld, and information reported to regulators, sporting bodies, or law enforcement if required.
11. Privacy, Data Collection, Retention & Deletion
11.1 Purpose of Data Collection
EuroMatch collects Personal Data to operate accounts, process payments, comply with AML/CFT and regulatory obligations, provide customer support, run analytics, and deliver marketing (where consented). Examples include identity documents, contact details, payment/transaction records, device/IP logs, and bet history. See our separate Privacy Policy for details.
11.2 Data Sharing & Third Parties
Personal Data may be shared with:
- Payment processors, banks, and identity verification providers.
- Regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.
- Fraud detection services and sporting governing bodies in cases of match-fixing or other investigations.
11.3 User Rights & Access

11.4 Data Retention
- Account and contact details: up to 3 years after last active use (unless a longer period is legally required).
- KYC and identity documents: at least 5 years after account closure (for AML/KYC compliance).
- Transactions, betting history, payments, and tax records: at least 6 years (for financial, tax, and audit purposes).
- Security and fraud logs: typically 3 years, or longer if required to investigate or prevent unlawful activity.
- Support communications: 12–36 months depending on case type.
11.5 Account Deletion:
- Users may request deletion of their account at any time.
- EuroMatch will verify that no unresolved matters, disputes, or investigations are linked to the account before processing deletion.
- After verification, the account will be flagged for deletion and the user will no longer be able to log in.
- Personal Data required for legal retention (e.g., financial, transactional, KYC records) will remain stored for the applicable period
12. Cookies & Tracking
12.1 Cookies help recognize your device, remember preferences, and improve your experience.
12.2 Types of Cookies:
- Strictly Necessary: Essential for site operation, account login, placing bets, and securing payments.
- Functional: Remember preferences (language, region, odds format) for personalized experience.
- Performance & Analytics: Aggregate and anonymous data for site functionality and performance.
- Advertising & Targeting: Track browsing habits for relevant offers and promotions.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: Monitor activity for unusual patterns, detect fraud, and comply with regulations.
12.3 Purposes of Cookies:

- Enable deposits, withdrawals, and betting functionality.
- Analyze site usage and improve services.
- Deliver relevant marketing, promotions, and bonuses.
- Ensure compliance with responsible gambling measures.
12.4 Managing Cookies:

- Advertising Preferences: Opt out of third-party targeted ads (e.g., Network Advertising Initiative, Your Online Choices)
- In-App Settings: Manage tracking permissions via device privacy settings.
- Consequences: Disabling cookies may limit features (login, bets, bonuses).
13. Complaints, Dispute Resolution & Contact
13.1 Users should raise complaints via support channels (email, in-app, telephone)
13.2 EuroMatch will respond within published timelines
13.3 Unresolved disputes may be escalated to Nigerian regulators or courts.
14. Amendments
14.1 EuroMatch may amend these Terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or site notice
14.2 Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
15. Force Majeure
15.1 EuroMatch is not liable for delays or failures caused by Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, communication/power failures, pandemics, or event cancellations.
15.2 During Force Majeure, EuroMatch may suspend services, void or delay settlement of bets, or take other necessary actions.
15.3 Users will be notified of significant Force Majeure Events where possible, but EuroMatch shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such events.
